The usage of the curing tank:

        Curing tank is mainly used for rubber vulcanization such as (tire, rubber cables, rubber shoes, rubber hose, automotive hose, rubber rollers, tape, ball, equipment rubber lining, rubber cloth, rubber top and so on ), reclaimed rubber desulphurization, styrene-butadiene rubber thermoplastic refining; bamboo carbonization degreasing, wood fire prevention , moth-proofing, corrosion prevention, anti-deformation impregnation treatment, food and Chinese medicine sterilization, yarn thread, mane, socks, heat setting, high-pressure modification of animal sacrifice horn and bone, degreasing, all kinds of feather hydrolysis, oxidation of aluminum products. Also used in carbon materials, asbestos friction materials, gypsum and its products and other materials autoclaving, cooking, soaking, drying.

The features of the curing tank:

      The curing tank is a pressure vessel with speed open door, the tank openings sealed with inflatable silicone ring or internal pressure self-tight rubber pad. Mechanical or manual gearing is used to lock and open the lid, reasonable structure, convenient operation, good sealing performance, the temperature in the tank is uniform,furthermore, complete safety accessories (equipped with safety interlock device).
